The Marshall Lions Wrestling Team hosted Paris on Wednesday night (1/7/2026) at McNary Gymnasium. It was also senior night and the two Lions seniors, Tevin Cribelar
and Gage Kent were recognized with their families before the meet started.
The Lions lost the meet 58 – 18, but showed great resilience and improvement against a tough Paris team.
The Lions got big wins at 150 lbs, with a fall by Gage Kent in 1:20; A pin by Rocco Giannavola at 175 lbs at 4:51; and, a fall at 190 lbs by Fisher Bishop at 1:48.
The Lions return to action this weekend for a dual meet tournament at Robinson.
