The Way Clark County Worked Oral History Project - Marshall Public Library was awarded an Illinois Humanities Council grant that brought the Smithsonian traveling exhibit THE WAY WE WORKED to Marshall November 19th to December 31st,, 2011. Marshall High School U.S. History students completed an oral history project, THE WAY CLARK COUNTY WORKED, in the spring of 2011. The students interviewed volunteers who shared their work experiences. The students recorded, edited, and broke up the interviews into two to five-minute clips.
